No win no fee compensation claims are claims which a person will make if they have been injured in a way in which a separate entity, either person or business, is at fault for their injury and the claimant is attempting to recieve compensation fees for the injury and the lawyer which they have hired has promised not to charge unless the claimant is awarded these fees.
